Kaye brings over three decades of experience in real estate and mortgage lending to her role as Client Outreach Coordinator for the First Encounter Team, with a specialized focus on Cape Cod real estate. Having spent 7 years as a real estate professional and 25 years as a mortgage loan officer for major banks in Central Ohio, Kaye is uniquely equipped to guide clients through the financial and personal aspects of buying and selling homes on the Cape.

A graduate of Franklin University in Columbus, OH, with a degree in Business Management, Kaye pairs her extensive industry expertise with a passion for building lasting client relationships. Her approachable and attentive nature ensures clients feel confident and supported throughout their real estate journey, whether they are purchasing their first Cape Cod property or transitioning to a new chapter.

Outside of her professional life, Kaye cherishes spending time with her husband, 5 adult children, 17 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, reading, and making memories with family and friends, bringing warmth and heart to every interaction.
